ANN: GSMBrowser. 2nd release.

Hi folks,

the new release has these features:

* Peter Cooper reported a bug where the program would crash when the
user tried to set preferences to empty strings, this is now fixed; BTW
I am very grateful for this kind of bug report and I would like to
encourage this type of testing

* I used non-blocking reads from the output of a subprocess (pipe) to
implement a progress indicator that appears if an operation takes
longer than three seconds

* the TAR feature of "smbclient" is now accessible; users can download
shares and directories as TAR files and later restore files from the
archive.
