If you are referring to the small icons on the menu bar (RHS), Apple's
documentation specifically forbids outside developers from creating
their own. This is reserved for Apple, and Apple has taken some steps
to prevent other people's additions (for early versions of OS X) from
working with the newer versions of OS X, IIRC.
