Bug tracking, Change Requests

I just enabled bug tracking on the GNUstep project page:

http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?group=gnustep

It would be really helpful if everyone reported bugs using this 
interface (in preferences to  bug-gnustep or even worse, 
discuss-gnustep). Even suggestions for changes or minor requests should 
go here also.

This replaces the "Tech Support" tracker also on the project page. I 
might remove that in the future since it seems like it duplicates the 
bug tracking database.
