Probably a windows specific implementation of the private NSRunLoop.m method -pollUntil:within:

At the moment handles/descriptors are added to the run loop with a type ET_RDESC, ET_WDESC, ET_EDESC or ET_RPORT which specifies what sort of events the loop is waiting for ... you may need to add new types for windows handles, and add code to deal with those types.
