What about Inmarsat, Irridium, GlobalStar and other like them? They
have one "country code" per sattelite (for Inmarsat) or per area,
usually three around the world.
How are VoIP and Internet phone numbers? What does "country" code or
"local number" means with Internet phone, when you can log in from any
place around Earth?
