GNUstep cookbook: code browser: clean-up.

Hi folks,

this is to announce some maintenance work that I did on the
BrowseIt.app recipe from the cookbook; the URL is

    http://www.gnustep.it/marko/index.html

Please let me know if there are any problems with the TGZ or ZIP
archives, or if I have introduced new bugs during the upgrade.

These are the changes:

- use of an autorelease pool during grepping; this proved to lower the
  total memory requirement for a certain search by more than a third
- removal of the code that would move the section views into place
  after all of them had been created; this is no longer necessary and
  is handled by the use of a view with a flipped coordinate system
- some additional very minor changes.


For N. Roard: would you run this through your LaTeX -> HTML converter
please, assuming it's not too much trouble.
