"Those of us that follow technology tends know of OpenStep is the set of
libraries that turned into what we now know as Cocoa. It was also an
operating system for several different computing architectures, sold by
NeXT. osViews editorial contributor "joelfox" responds to a recent
editorial that appeared on the site and also suggests that OpenStep
could be used by Apple to counter Microsoft's .Net"
