GNUstep and 256 coloursI am having problems with the speed of drawing GU

Subject: GNUstep and 256 coloursI am having problems with the speed of drawing GUI (AppKit objects ) in GNUstep when using 256 colours (8 bits per colour). At the use of this mode of colours the drawing of AppKit objects is much slowlier than in case of a 24-bit colour depth. Is it possible to increase the speed of drawing in the above mode of colours?(System Solaris 8, WindowMaker 0.8.1, gstep-gui, gstep-back 0.9.0) Many thanks in advance. GNUstep and 256 colours
