ANN: Updated ImageApps

Hi all,

i've updated the ImageApps archives on 
http://mac.wms-network.de/gnustep/imageapps
The problem with the lack of text on many systems will now hopefully be
sovled (see below). The archives are the same than before since there 
were
only minor changes (mainly in the build system). You need ImageKits if 
you
only wan't to re-install PDFKit or the complete ImageApps if you want 
all.
However, only PDFKit (contained in ImageKits) has been modified.

As far as i can see, the problem was the wrong usage of the freetype 
includes
in the xpdf backend. Freetype requires ft2build.h to be included and 
suggests
to use subsequent macros to include the concrete freetype headers. 
xpdf did
include freetype.h directly which caused compilation errors to occur 
on some
systems. This has been fixed in the new release. Furthermore, the 
build of
PDFKit should now fail if xpdf didn't detect freetype.

please let me know if this works on your system (especially if it did 
not worked
before).
