[objc-improvements-branch] FYI: Basic Objective-C++ Functionality is here!

I've even have added the very first ObjC++ test case, which passes
(at least on Darwin; will try Linux next).  Obviously, a lot more
work remains to be done, but the basic scaffolding is now in
place.
