[Q] New project center, some problems.

Hi,

I've found some problems in ProjectCenter.app's panels. The build and 
run panel does not
position its subviews(or buttons and scrollviews) correctly when 
resized. Also, some project
file incompatibility remains as I said previous mail(but I do not 
think this is a big problem,
recreation of project is not that hard at least for me :-)
