Hi,
just a short update to the list because the bug reports are piling up.
AddressManager 0.4.5 and before will die with recent CVS version of
GNUstep, spitting out
NSInvalidArgumentException: GSMutableString(instance) does not
recognize count
No, I'm not dead, and I'm working on fixing the problem. However, it
goes down rather deepish in the code. I think I've got it done, but
since quite a number of people are using Addresses for "serious"
address management, I'd rather test a bit more than put out something
that possibly ruins databases.
I hope everything will work again before the weekend.
BTW, the correction (and detection) of the bug took so long because I
don't have a Linux box anymore but switched to Mac a couple months ago,
and development under VirtualPC is no fun. Therefore I'd like to ask
about the state of GNUstep on OSX. Does anyone have that running? What
problems are there? I've checked the Wiki, but it doesn't say much...
Regards,
Björn
