Terminal.app doesn't compile out of the box on solaris 2.6. It misses
openpty() and forkpty() functions.
I wrote replacements for them and it compiles and works almost to a
usable point, but the changes are not perfect and "patchy". I sent the
functions to the author (alexm) hoping he could integrate them, I don't
know if he did or not.
