I new to restructure the code of NSPageLayout so that it handles the special case of when there are no configured printers. That is all there is to it.

If you add a printer (try pointing your web browser to http://localhost:631), this problem will disappear.

Hello all.

I've been having a heck of a time avoid explosive bugs related to the
new printing code, it seems.

Whenever I try to create a new TextEdit document, I get this error
message:

"NSInvalidArgumentException: Tried to add nil value for key
"PrintPrinter' to dictionary".

... kind of odd that this is happening when I try to create a
document, no?

Anyways, if this is related to the new printing code, could someone
write up a quick HOWTO on getting that set up? I can't seem to find
any doc's on associating a system's CUPS to GNUstep -- or should this
be automagical?

Any thoughts and ideas would be appreciated. Thanks,
