Hmm, the proposed steps are exactly what I did. And the version is 
matched also. The wiki says configure --without-xml; make; make install 
works but errors occurred during my trial(like my previous mail). I 
will try this with other version of MinGW and using other version of 
iconv/zlib... I'm very confused... T_T

Thanks anyway. If I find answer for my problem, I'll report it to the 
list.
