If you are a GNUstep dev please use:
svn co svn+ssh://svn.gna.org/svn/gnustep/devmodules
If you are not on the commit-list for gnustep, check out
svn co http://svn.gna.org/svn/gnustep/modules
I believe someone updated the WIKI instructions with something to that
effect.
