Ticker.app, brilliant bug fix by Richard Frith-Macdonald.

Hi folks,

Richard helped me fix a really tricky bug that would crash the application
during edits in the feed panel if gpbs was not running at launch time.
Richard helped me find this bug and it is now fixed; I hope I did justice
to his brilliant insight.

I also prettyfied feed windows and text windows, which now include margins
that make them a lot more attractive.
