The application don't start with me :

I've had this problem with GWorkspace. What happens is that the new GORM, the one in svn, has some modifications that makes file incompatible with previous versions of GNUstep. In order to run this application you will need to upgrade to the version in svn.
That being said, in my opinion, this is really not desirable from a user point of view.
