I only commented it out, to see what then comes up, and as it seems, this 
header is not needed at all. Only one warning showed up, because of a #warning 
in the code.
Now, pantomime and gnumail also compile fine (if you don't count the tons of 
warnings it produces) with clang/llvm and libobjc2.
