Unless you rebuilt with the latest GNUstep, this might be fixed.
-base, -back and -gui are not up to date in Debian. Despite a recent release,
-back and -gui are (rightly) not updated, because they depend on a new -base
release. And that was itself blocked due to a confusing issue in interaction
with NSThread which, as of Josh’s email, seems like it might be a libobjc2
runtime issue.
Please confirm whether you’ve rebuilt with latest -make, -base, -gui and -back
from the source code repos.
