People in management and other position of power in those Japanese companies often have poor grasp on English, as they are firm believers of job seniority and senior posts are often occupied by literal senior citizens. You may want to find someone to translate the communication into Japanese before sending them. Also Japanese people still prefer snail mail over E-mail.On May 2, 2019, at 5:11 AM, Gregory Casamento <greg.casamento@gmail.com> wrote:That makes total sense. I'd suggest contacting them to stake your claim, other than that I don't know.
This is because one other concern would be if they became sucessful enough,
they (or their agents or publishers) may turn around and claim the project
is infringing their rights/property in the logo.
Which could be problematic if they file a suit.
