Help with tools-buildtool

Subject: Help with tools-buildtool

I have built and installed the xcode library.   I then build buildtool.   When 
i try to run it I get this error message  “ ld-elf.so.1: Shared object 
"libXCode.so.0" not found, required by "buildtool"”
