Yes, but thats not a problem. The goal is having nobody infringing
Dolibarr license, not having only one person that can denounce
infringing.
I don't know much about french law but, wouldn't be better
that the Dolibarr asociation own the copyright of the code?
This is not possible for old code. Could be for new code only.
A lot of code comes from other work licensed as GPL, so are owned
by their author and are published with license GPL. A GPL licence
does not allow to change the owner. But the GPL allows to reuse
and redistribute all of this code under licence GPL.
So we can be full GPL, but no way to have only one owner (except
if we decide to rewrite all code published under GPL). And this is
a too important work.
