But I am not sure, as I know there is many different forums in
different languages.
So one thing really difficult to understand is really where all the
directioning and plans are discussed.
During the years I could understood that basically is on the Dolibarr
dev camps. But to be honest
that for who does not participate is really difficult to find the
information on what is being worked on.
