i had expressed an interest in hacking on System.Net. since i am also
working on vrs, i don¹t know how much time i'll have for this. so i don¹t
want to stand up and say ok, i'll take care of it. but code will definitely
be written by me on System.Net. rhys: if you want, i can look at the damage
in System.Net and kinda give you a % of what i plan to accomplish.
