No something even more nearer to the ECMA API ... See xmlReader.c file
in libxml2 CVS ... It was done after considering the ECMA portability.
So is a suitable backend for dotgnu.xml
So I can push out an XmlTextReader for dotgnu.xml in a couple of hours.
If I can just get the libxml2-api.xml into a usable format .... (the
latest release messed it up).
