All the pnet runtine engine functions are accessible without hacking the
interpreter . We've already demonstrated it with the DGEE program which
runs it inside Goldwater and lets you access it with Apache+XmlRpc ...
And my Scripting ilrun with Python also worked really well for me without
modifying anything in libILEngine.a ..
