[DotGNU]compilation error on cygwin

Subject: [DotGNU]compilation error on cygwin

Has anyone recently compiled pnet/pnetlib/treecc on cygwin? When I
configure treecc, I get this error. Its probably my fault, but if
someone could tell me what's wrong, it would be much appreciated.
