i just sent the following message to Andrew Mitchell. i'm proposing to
give a hand in the support for debian distribution while he is hold in
the new maintainers' queue.

i thought you wanted to be informed of this fact.

hi Andrew,

i see you are in the debian new maintaners' queue and that you are
pretty busy. i see also you are working on the dotGNU packages for
debian but that you still have not uploaded any in the debian archive.

i'm proposing myself to bring and re-build them for a fresh upload to
the debian archives. of course you will be free to take them back as soon
you get less busy and available to finish your application for debian.

what do you think about this offer? it is only to improve the dotGNU
support for debian until you are free enough for it.
