[DotGNU]System.Drawing -- DrawCurve and DrawClosedCurve

Hi Foks,

I wrote the methods DrawCurve and DrawClosedCurve as default
implementation in the Toolkit. You can see the progress in this
screenshot:

I will send you a patch after I cleaned my code a little bit.

By the way: What is the status of this Image/Xsharp stuff/problem? What is
missing there?
