using makecd and the -s switch
does the -s switch overide the detected frame rate or convert the frame rate
of the given video file
ie
if I have a NTSC mpeg and want to make a pal dvd (to match my dvd player)
can I use
makecd -s pal ntsc.mpg
to make a pal 25fps video dvd
