Did you restart Emacs after updating eev? That error may be caused by
Emacs keeping the old value of this variable

  (find-eev "eev-videolinks.el" "ee-1stclassvideos-info")

after the update...

I have just tried

  (find-eev2022klavideo "0:00")

on an "emacs -Q" with just eev loaded and it worked.
If restarting Emacs doesn't work we can try to debug that by IRC...
