[I didn't know about the existence of the emacs-devel]

A few issues about keybindings:
1. It would be nice if comment-region had a binding in all modes. It's an
  important function...

  C-c C-c is a good candidate for that... 

2. M-g is bound to a not so useful function now, how about binding it
   to goto-line ?
