But what do we do for marking
_preceding_ paragraphs? Leave point at end (ie, closer to point-max)
and mark at beginning (ie, closer to point-min)?
Yes, I think so. This way, an arg of -1 means mark one paragraph this
way--the same region as (mark-paragraph) now, but with the ends
swapped.
I see no useful meaning for (mark-paragraph 0), so you can make
it get an error.
