`hexl-mode' bug when hitting RET

Currently, pressing RET in `hexl-mode' runs `newline' which isn't
good.  I propose the following fix (and likewise for RC), which makes
it behave like Emacs 20.7, but perhaps it should be bound to
`hexl-next-line' or `ignore' instead.  WDYT?
