???  I've thought that your bug report was about CTEXT
encoding in copy&paste, not about font because you wrote
something doesn't work before I install the change for font
selection.

So, do you mean that copy&paste has no problem now?

(get-language-info "Bulgarian" 'overriding-fontspec)

and the effect of this.
