It's valid (if the line containing image_ascent in macterm.h is
removed and the declarations for Vx_resorce_{name,class} are enclosed
with #ifdef HAVE_WINDOW_SYSTEM in lisp.h), but not relevant to the
crash, I suppose.
Could you please try the patch I posted in the following message and
see similar crash still occurs?
