IMO, people should use make-network-process directly.
These are just simple examples of how to use make-network-process for
servers and non-blocking clients, but they are really superfluous, so
it would be ok to remove them (they are new in 22.x).
We could even make open-network-stream obsolete, but that's probably
too drastic.
