Cvs just checked out. GnuWin32 Make. No sh. MinGW:

Emacs successfully configured.
Run `gmake' to build, then run `gmake install' to install.
D:\ecvs\bld\emacs\nt>make bootstrap
', needed by `addsection'. Stop.`oo-spd/i386/addsection.exe
