Only a programmer who has used defcustom will know what "specs" is.
Until recently, I didn't understand this menu item. I think the use of
"attributes" is far better for the user.

I agree wholeheartedly about your point about displays.

How about:

  Show Attributes for This Display
  Show Attributes for All Displays

Or:

  View >
    This Display
    All Displays
    
I just ventured into the Show All Attributes screen and was pretty
confused by the Display menu. It is not at all obvious what the "all",
"defaults", and "nil" items are supposed to represent. And what if you
have a face like mh-folder-tick with three displays (class
color)(background light), (class color)(background dark), and (class
color); what does it mean to set all of the Display menus to "all"? Or
"defaults"?
