Carbon: position of slider

The toolbar and the slider (itself) look good now on the Carbon port (thanks, Yamamoto-san!) , but the position of the whole scrollbar isn't quite right depending on the font chosen. Even if the window size has to be a multiple of some nominal character width, I still think the scrollbar should be positioned on the right edge of the frame (or the window, if horizontally split). In the attached screenshot you can see that the right edge of the scrollbar is barely visible, which was certainly not intended by the designers. The resizing-corner looks ugly as well because of the scrollbar shadow that is drawn there. Standard windows (i.e. using the OS toolkit) look like shown on the third screenshot attached.
