Re: old bootstrap error emerges again

Yes, that's expected.

The problem is, on my system (and on anyone else's who succeeds to
bootstrap), Fdocumentation returns nil without ever calling
get_doc_string (which is the function that errors out for the OP).
The question is, why the difference.
