Subject: etc/NEWS: set-mark-command-repeat-pop incorrectly documented

In etc/NEWS of the Emacs 22.1 distribution, the new
set-mark-command-repeat-pop feature is described twice. The second
description is incorrect, because it does not mention the variable
`set-mark-command-repeat-pop', but merely assumes that it's set to t,
although its default value is nil.

etc/NEWS lines 283-286:

** A prefix argument is no longer required to repeat a jump to a
previous mark if you set `set-mark-command-repeat-pop' to t. I.e. C-u
C-SPC C-SPC C-SPC ... cycles through the mark ring. Use C-u C-u C-SPC
to set the mark immediately after a jump.

etc/NEWS lines 453-455:

*** A prefix argument is no longer required to repeat a jump to a
previous mark, i.e. C-u C-SPC C-SPC C-SPC ... cycles through the
mark ring. Use C-u C-u C-SPC to set the mark immediately after a jump.
