Key Binding Conventions and Emacs manual

I have seen a couple of questions about key bindings where it is clear 
that the person asking does not know the key binding conventions. That 
is not very strange, since those are not mentioned in

  (info "(emacs) Key Bindings")

Could there perhaps be a link to

  (info "(elisp) Key Binding Conventions")
