Also, I haven't heard from Ilya recently... if he's no longer
maintaining cperl-mode, I don't have any problem taking over.
He has not maintained it for us for a long time,
but we wish he would. How about if you talk with him
and see if he will start? If he says no, we would be glad
if you do so.
