Favoring projects that have the "GNU" label suggests a real motivation
of merely promoting the "GNU" name.
GNU is not just a label. GNU is an operating system project.
Therefore, it is our policy that GNU package maintainers
should support other GNU packages when there is a good
opportunity to do so.
This is our policy. You don't have to like it.
