On top of this, Shift-arrow keys are already in use in org-mode.
That doesn't necessarily mean we should not give them a global meaning.
Org mode is not crucial enough to determine global Emacs key decisions.
If we do that, Org mode can still bind those keys as it does now, if
that is the best thing for it to do. However, it might be desirable
to change Org mode to use other keys for this.
