You can just forward the email's to the submit address; and
I think setting a Pseudo-header[0[ in the mail sent like:
Submitter: <originator-address>
should set the "Reported by" property.
If I am mistakem and it does not set that property, then a mail
sent to the control address with the line
submitter bugnumber originator-address
will reset the submitter information.
