kmacro-insert-counter

Hi,

The docstring for kmacro-insert-counter states that ARG can be
missing, this is a truth with modification, when called
non-interactily, one is required to provide ARG. I think that ARG
should be &optional.

By the way, how does on yank the kmacro counter into say the
minibuffer when searching?  C-x C-k C-i just inserts into the current
buffer...
