*nix userspace on top of an NT kernel now?


GNU Emacs as it says on it's "About" splash is "one component of the
GNU operating system", so if GNU Emacs is run with MS-Vista this makes
a combination out of components from GNU and MS-Vista and hence a
GNU/MS-Vista system.  No?
